  • Piloted and rolled out first-of-its-kind Google Amp-enabled one-click apply feature – allowing job seekers to apply to a job directly within emails.
  • Launched 50+ test variants on existing automations as part of testing and optimization initiatives.
  • Overhauled an extensive welcome series to maximize account creation + completion with job seeker audience.

The Challenge

This client was in the midst of developing a complex, personalized automation journey and they tapped the Ragnarok team in to assist. The work required strategic, creative, and engineering resources over the course of months with continued testing and iterations.

The Solution

The Ragnarok began with a set of priority items, auditing the data architecture and integrating external data feeds into their platform to provide access to personalized data. From there, the Ragnarok team led weekly hands-on meetings with the client’s team on optimizing their automated programs with the newly available data and then executed a set of tests and changes to prove the value of each new personalization proposal. With the roll out of several tests, the Ragnarok team took on management of their program reporting for continued improvement and refinement.
