What We Did

The client came to Ragnarok for migration support in shifting their multi-channel email and mobile message workflows and templates from Leanplum to Iterable. They needed a dedicated team to support the project, and to execute this goal Ragnarok provided them with a customer success manager, customer success associate, implementation consultant, cross-channel developers, and production manager.

The Challenge

Ragnarok began by providing a dedicated implementation consultant to audit the current program in Leanplum and document how each of their automations worked. By mapping out exact triggering mechanisms in Iterable and exact action and/or filter nodes, we developed a set of recommendations. Ragnarok reviewed the client’s existing templates and reworked the old content blocks into new ones by implementing Iterable’s handlebar logic. Ragnarok held weekly meetings with the client to align on QC, progress, and further support.

The Results

Ragnarok executed the client’s migration efforts comprehensively, migrating 407 emails, 202 push messages, and 16 in-app notifications, as well as 265 Leanplum flows into 162 Iterable flows. This ensured an optimized, more efficient deployment system for the client.
