What We Did
The client came to Ragnarok for support with the production of emails for their marketing campaigns. They required an ESP such as Iterable for email development, and a dedicated team to execute their goals. Ragnarok provided a customer success manager, customer success associate, email developer, production manager, and marketing analyst.
The Challenge
Ragnarok began by reviewing the creative and determining best practice based on client needs for Iterable email execution in Iterable, then the team began setting up and coding emails. Ragnarok created the list via segmentation, set up the campaign, and sent setups to the client’s team for confirmation. After incorporating adjustments and quality checks based on client feedback during regularly-scheduled progress meetings, we scheduled and deployed each campaign.
The Results
Ragnarok executed the client’s production efforts by launching over 20 emails within this campaign, elevating their efficiency, strategy, and creative goals comprehensively.
