When this client came to us, they already had a robust CRM program and ample support for testing initiatives. In order to make the most of their resources, the drinkware giant needed our strategic insight to maximize growth potential.
The Solution
To start, we oversaw a complete ESP migration to Braze for the functionality and versatility needed for our plans. We then built and launched a new preference center along with a complete retooling of existing onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, and winback campaigns with an emphasis on product education and achieving revenue goals across a broad range of products.
As a key component of their brand identity, we also created a more personalized experience for a generic program.
